A 30 + year veteran of the food and drinks business and a sommelier for over 16 years, Michel has worked in some of Canada’s best restaurants and hotels in Montréal, Mont-Tremblant and Vancouver and is now the local cheese expert. His experience blended with interesting anecdotes and stories make him genuine and approachable with an infectious enthusiasm about wine and food
